There are some incredible Airbnb's in Puerto, as well as hotels and hostels to suite any budget. Here are just a few suggestions!
The hotel of the wedding reception! With a private beach club, multiple bars, restaurants, pools, and a tennis court, Posada Real is one of the largest hotels in Puerto. As a result the rooms are some of the most expensive. This hotel is a great choice if you want to be able to walk to your room after the reception, but keep in mind that there are other great and affordable options in walking distance. It is also important to note that this hotel is located on the northern most side of Puerto and so getting around other parts of town will require a taxi.
Located just across the street from Posada Real, this is another great hotel if you want to be in walking distance of the wedding reception venue. This Hotel has a great pool and a beach club, the room rates are slightly cheaper than Posada Real but still realtively expensive when compared to other accomodation in Puerto.
Selina is an upmarket hostel that offers shared dorms or private rooms. Just moments from Zicatela Beach, this hostel is surrounded by restaurants, beach bars and attractions.
Located next door to Posada Real, this is ANOTHER great hotel if you want to be in walking distance of the wedding reception venue. Aldea del Bazar has a great pool and beautifully spacious rooms. The hotel is a short walk from Bacocho beach but a taxi will be necassay to get to other locations around town. The nightly rate here is a bit more affordable than neighbouring hotels.
Also located along the Zicatela beach strip, Hotel Rockaway is an afordable option in a great location! They also have a pool, bar and 24-hour reception desk.
Located just accross from Zicatela beach on the main strip, this Hotel is in walking distance to many of Puerto's attractions. This brightly coloured hotel is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, boasts 3 pools, a restaurant and a beautiful terrace that overlooks the beach.
An affordable option if you want to be in a great location, only 100m from the beach in La Punta! The hotel has a minimilistic vibe and each room has aircon and a private bathroom. The hotel has a pool, great for cooling off after the beach.
Set in the heart of La Punta, this hotel has a relaxed vibe and a rustic feel. Frutas y Verduras is on the main road in La Punta so it's super close to all of the action and to the beach. Room rates are very reasonable and the hotel has a popular cafe attached. This is a great place to stay if you want to be near the nightlife and bars, however it could be a little noisy for some.
